Cancellation Policy

Our default policy: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour start time. Individual tours may specify different terms on their detail pages.

Standard Tours

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before start → full refund or free reschedule (subject to availability).
  • Less than 24 hours before start → no refund; rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
  • No-show → no refund.

Private & Group Tours

Private experiences and group-priced tours may require 48 hours notice. Check the tour page before booking.

Weather & Force Majeure

If we cancel due to severe weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or alternative date.

How to Cancel

Email hello@newyorkwonderlandtours.com, use WhatsApp, or cancel via your member account when that feature is available for your booking.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method when applicable.
